Chandler-Based ‘Thai Chili 2 Go’ to Open in Marana This Summer

Over the past few years, Marana’s Gladden Farms area has been growing along the stretch of Tangerine and Lon Adams Roads. Adding to the bustling corner, the Chandler-based Thai Chili 2 Go will open this summer at the Gladden Farms Commercial Center.

The fast-casual concept started back in 2015 in Chandler, launched by founder Akshat Sethi, and has since opened 15 other locations in the Phoenix area.

The Marana location will be its first to branch down south to the Tucson area.

Thai Chili 2 Go will be located in the plaza anchored by the shiny new 125,000-square-foot Fry’s Marketplace that opened last winter at 11350 W. Tangerine Rd. — nearly 20 years after it was first proposed.

Menu-wise, it’s all about bold Thai flavors — five different curries (including the go-to red, green, and yellow), noodle and rice dishes like pad thai, a few soups and apps, and the flexibility to go vegan, gluten-free, or add extra protein.
