What are the Thai Chili 2Go status levels and how do I level up?
At Thai Chili 2Go, we’re all about bold flavor and rewarding our guests. Earn points with every qualifying purchase through the Thai Chili 2Go app. Our entry level requires zero points—so you can start enjoying the perks right away. As you continue earning points, you’ll unlock new rewards, faster earning rates, and exclusive benefits. The more you visit, the more you get back. Once earned, your status lasts through the rest of the year and the following year.
Do my points for rewards expire?
You will earn points with every qualifying purchase (including catering) and by completing challenges. Your points stay active as long as you keep earning. If you do not place a qualifying purchase within 180 days, your points will expire. FYI – having expired points or redeeming points for rewards does not affect your current or future status.
When does status expire?
Status follows a calendar year cycle. Points earned starting Jan 1 count toward status. Once a status is earned, your benefits last for the rest of the current calendar year and all of the next year. To maintain your status for the following year, you will need to re-earn it starting Jan 1 of that year. Remember: any time you get a higher status, it can continue for the rest of that current calendar year plus the next one! So if you go up to Sand on June 30, 2026, you’ll have that status drawn in the sand (pun very much intended) from June 30, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Unless you, for example, rise like the sun (ha!) to Sun status on June 30, 2027, in which case you’ll have Sun status from June 30, 2027 through December 31, 2028. How can I receive points for a missed transaction?
We’d never let you miss out on points! If you skipped a scan, simply sign in and visit our Forgot to Scan page. Send us your restaurant receipt details within 30 days of your order date. If you don’t have your receipt, we cannot offer credit. Forgot to Scan submissions are only available for in-restaurant visits. Heads up — submissions allowed are limited to the following: 1 per day, per account; 2 per week, per account; and 4 per month, per account. Once you exceed the maximum, we won’t be able to provide points for missed scans. For any questions, please reach out to support.cava.com.
How can I tell if I’ve earned points on my order?
It’s easy to check. Tap ‘Rewards History’ on your rewards dashboard to view your points and rewards activity. Points will typically show up within 48 hours of purchase. Please note: CAVA Reward points are not earned on gift card sales or orders placed through third parties (Uber Eats, DoorDash). Oops! I accidentally redeemed the wrong reward. Can I get my points back?
Unfortunately, once points are redeemed for a reward, the points cannot be returned to your account. We cannot swap rewards, exchange rewards for cash value, or gift the reward. For more information or full terms, check out CAVA Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Do rewards expire?
Unless specified otherwise, rewards redeemed from points will expire after 60 days. Bonus rewards or perks awarded outside of points redemption have their own expiration rules. Please check to see when they expire.
How can I apply my reward for an order?
Once you redeem your points for a reward, the reward will appear under “My Rewards” in your account. In-restaurant, apply a reward to your order by scanning your QR code on your app at checkout (or providing your phone number) and letting the team member know which reward you’d like to use. When checking out on CAVA’s app or website, add the item to your cart before checkout. You can apply your reward to your cart directly on the checkout page.
Can I earn points on my catering order?
Yes! Catering orders earn towards rewards and status, with $1 = 10 points for all status levels. After placing your order on catering.cava.com, points will typically be added to your CAVA Rewards account on cava.com or the CAVA app within 48 hours. Rewards can only be redeemed on orders made through cava.com or the CAVA app. CAVA rewards cannot be applied to CAVA catering orders.
