Since Maricopa welcomed Thai Chili 2 Go earlier this month to Sonoran Creek Marketplace, the restaurant has been feeling the support of the community.

On July 3, the restaurant opened its doors to the community, offering water and a free entrée to the first 100 customers.

It is located at 20236 N. John Wayne Parkway, Suite 111, operating from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily with dine-in and takeout options.

Peter Davies, regional manager since January, said the grand opening was fantastic with very busy lines out the door.

Originally, this fast-casual food chain, founded by Akshat Sethi, planned to be a sit-down, full-service restaurant in Gilbert in 2010. Its first location opened in 2015 in Queen Creek, growing to over 13 locations in the Valley.
